Wisdom Taper Candles

Wisdom features a set of two purple taper candles decorated with mugwort, ginkgo leaf sage, and peppermint.

Mugwort: A powerful herb for protection, healing, increased intuition, and wisdom. Can be used to induce prophetic dreams and to amplify magic.

Ginkgo Leaf: Symbolizes longevity of the mind, body, and spirit. Used to enhance focus and intuition and promote wealth and vitality.

Sage: A healing herb that offers wisdom and helps grant wishes. Historically useful in cleansing and protection work, it promotes health and longevity. All sage used at Something Wicked is home grown common sage.

Peppermint: Clears the mind, aids in boosting concentration, and increases intuition. Also used for inducing prophetic dreams and promoting renewal.

Taper candles are best for long, in depth spell work and candles should be allowed to burn out completely to seal your spell if possible. In some practices candles can be snuffed or blown out - trust your intuition, do your own research, and practice however you see fit - there are no set rules in witch craft. Practice fire safety whenever using herbs and candles together - salt and smothering are the most effective ways to put out a candle fire that has become out of control.
