New Beginnings features a set of two white taper candles decorated with chamomile, star anise, birch, eucalyptus, and violet.

Chamomile: Typically associated with its calming and properties - chamomile provides peace and tranquility and can be especially soothing when entering into new endeavors where ease is needed.

Star Anise: Useful in medicinal practices to ward off sickness and purify. Associated with luck, joy, and positivity - as well as its cleansing energies and protective properties.

Birch: Speaks of positive flowing energies - birch dispels negativity and has many protective uses. Associated with hope and new beginnings due to it's nature of being one of the first to bloom new leaves each spring. 

Eucayptus: Aids in purification and clearing of stagnant energies. A useful herb for renewal and increasing focus and clarity. Its fresh, uplifting scent clears out negative energy and promotes healing.

Violet: A multifaceted herb associated with love and new beginnings. One of the first flowers to bloom each spring, violet speaks of renewal and resilience.

Taper candles are best for long, in depth spell work and candles should be allowed to burn out completely to seal your spell if possible. In some practices candles can be snuffed or blown out - trust your intuition, do your own research, and practice however you see fit - there are no set rules in witch craft. Practice fire safety whenever using herbs and candles together - salt and smothering are the most effective ways to put out a candle fire that has become out of control.
